Spacious Residential Living Homes in Chambersburg
With an intimate size that makes it easy to get to know everyone, and a selection of cottage styles and floor plans, residents at The Village at Luther Ridge have the best of all worlds, especially because there is no second-person fee for the cottages! Each distinctive home offers single-floor living, its own unique character and high-quality interior finishes. All homes are designed to enable residents to live life to the fullest while aging in place.
To accommodate your lifestyle needs, the two-bedroom cottages are available as freestanding units or attached designed with 900 to 1,200 sq. ft. of living space. Most of the models have an attached garage and many feature enclosed year-round bonus rooms. While the beautifully renovated cottages create a new-house feel, the mature tree-lined streets provide the comfort of an established home and add to the small-town allure of the community.

Pets Are Family Too
All of SpiriTrust Lutheran’s Life Plan Communities are pet-friendly because pets are family too! Within residential living homes, dogs, cats and birds are permitted as pet residents. The benefits of pet ownership are many: improving physical, social and emotional health by reducing stress and longingness and encouraging social interaction and physical activity. Owning a pet also has been shown to help fight depression, reduce your risk of heart disease and lower blood pressure.
